For those of you who may not be familiar with a podcast it can be intimidating, but it is very simple. Having a mp3 player is not necessary, your computer is all you will need. You will need to have a podcasting program on your computer. If you do not have a program that will do this you can go online and download a program for free. The I-tunes software is one of those programs available for free. It is probably the most popular program for this application because it is so easy to use. Once you have your program installed you will subscribe to specific podcasts through the URL provided. You can subscribe to the "GBCB Podcast" by clicking the subscribe button on the left, and copying the URL onto your podcasting software.
